Maestro Creatives Inc (‘MCI’) is an MTV award winning creative production house which provides customized services for live stage, music video, television performances and artist development.

MCI is globally known for its entertainment business success, winning awards including an MTV Artist of the year Hayley Kiyoko & the recent nomination for best music video for “Senidah” at the balkan music awards. 

The company is headed by Anze Skrube ( Founder and CEO), who is an industry leading director based in Los Angeles, California.

Anze Skrube

CEO

Is an industry leading director based in Los Angeles, California. In his early 20’s Anze moved to Los Angeles and has since performed alongside Prince, Usher, Justin Timberlake, Meghan Trainor, tribute performances for Michael Jackson, as well as multiple world tours with Chris Brown.

Following up his dance and choreography career he transition into directing and producing Concert tours, Music Festivals and music videos. Recently he was a part of Chris Brown’s “Under The influence” tour Creative team which has grossed 34,4million, making it one of the highest grossing R&B tours in 2023.

Anzes work includes creative direction for Hayley Kiyoko world tour, Taylor Swift’s Reputation Tour, “Curious” and “I Wish” music videos, Coachella, VMA’s, and more. Anze has worked on pretty mush most of European prestige award shows, other television credits include Dancing With The Stars, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Late Night with Seth Meyers, America’s Got Talent: The Champions, and most recently The Masked Singer.

Noah Druschel

Head of Photo department

Noah is one of the most sought after photographers and videographers in Germany.

Growing up in Fulda Germany he has managed to become an internationally known photographer and filmmaker at such a young age.
 
Working on sets with super models such as Heidi Klum brought him experience to be able to share his talent with some of the biggest artists in the world.

Suncica Zurkovic, Serbian born photographer and art director.

Visionary with passion for art, composition and colors.

Suncica is a creative force that can bring any vision to life.

Nick Wilson

Production Assistant

Nick, born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama, is journey began when the movie “You Got Served” premiered in 2004, motivating him to pursue dance as a career.

Relocating to Los Angeles shortly after, evolving into a choreographer and embracing opportunities to teach and inspire others. His dedication has led him to collaborate with renowned artists such as Mariah Carey, Marques Houston, and Jessica Simpson, K-Swiss, Nike to name a few.

Nowadays he is a house producer of Maestro creatives. 

Pete Engle

Senior Advisor

Originally hailing from the Midwest, Pete’s life has revolved around the performing arts.

Graduating with a degree in Music Business from Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois, Pete ascended from an assistant to the Vice President position at Clear Talent Group (CTG), one of the foremost agencies in performance representation.

During his tenure at CTG, Pete served as the Director of the esteemed Dance Department and Choreographers & Creatives Department, while also spearheading the launch of its digital influencer division in 2015. In the spring of 2022, Pete transitioned to The Hirsch Group (THG) to lead Hello Creative, representing top-tier Directors, Creative Producers, Creative Directors, Choreographers, Vocal Coaches, and Stylists.
